Description
The Tri Blend Unisex 1/4 Zip Sweater is knit from a 52% cotton, 31% acrylic, 17% nylon blend, a lightweight fabric that stays comfortable across the year. A traditional fit and full fashion sleeves give it a shape that layers easily over a tee or under a jacket.
Rib-knit trim at the collar and placket frames the quarter-zip opening, which closes with a nylon zipper and metal pull. Hemmed cuffs and bottom edge finish the garment, and the unisex cut is sized to cover a mixed group.
Embroidery stitches your logo or lettering directly into the fabric in colored thread, producing a raised, textured mark with the soft sheen of real stitching. Bold solid shapes and readable lettering hold up best at this scale.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your artwork is embroidered into the sweater, stitched in colored thread directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark. Embroidery suits logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color is a flat spot color.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
