Promotion Pros publishes a free, public MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client and you can shop for branded merchandise in your own words — with real prices at real quantities, real delivery dates, and a fully priced quote PDF, ready to order from, whenever you want one.

Free, and no account, API key or sign-in. Searching, pricing and dates write nothing; ask for a quote and it generates a real one. It cannot place an order or take payment.

What it actually does

Say something like this to an assistant that has it connected:

“We need 300 tote bags for a trade show in Austin on the 12th, under $6 a head, in our navy.”

Four constraints in one sentence — quantity, date, budget per head and colour. Finding a tote bag was never the hard part; finding one that satisfies all four at once is, and that is the part this does.

1. 1.It reads the whole request, then works through it

   Product type, budget per head, colour and size narrow the catalog in one search, against the same index and the same ranking the site search uses. Quantity, decoration and the date are not filters — it prices and dates what came back, and drops the ones that miss.

2. 2.It prices the quantity you actually want

   Per-unit at 300, the one-time setup, run charges, rush and tariff, and the subtotal — from the same code the buy pane runs, not a list price and not a range. Then it estimates arrival for your state, counting proof, production, transit and holidays.

3. 3.It hands you a link that is already configured

   Every answer ends in a link that opens promotionpros.com on exactly what was quoted — same product, same quantity, same imprint, same total. You order there, we e-mail a free digital proof, and production starts once you approve it.

4. 4.It writes the quote up for you

   Ask for one and it generates a numbered quote PDF on the spot, every line priced — unit price at your quantity, setup, run charges, rush — and hands you a link that opens it without a sign-in, so it forwards for approval as it is. Shipping and tax land on the quote page once you enter a delivery address, and you order and pay from that same page.

The fine print

• Prices come from a daily catalog snapshot, and the order is placed on the site — which is what the link at the end of every answer is for. The free digital proof follows the order, and production begins after you approve it.
• Delivery dates are business days from today in Central time, estimated by state rather than by street address, and we ship within the US.
• Searching, pricing and explaining change nothing. Generating a quote is the one thing that does: it creates a numbered quote and sends you a copy, so asking twice creates two. The server still cannot place an order, take payment or request a sample. What your assistant does with the conversation is between you and whoever makes it.
