Promotion Pros publishes a free, public MCP server. Add it to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP client and you can ask for branded merchandise in your own words — and get real prices for real quantities back, not a guess.

It is read-only and needs no account, no API key and no sign-in. The server stores nothing and can change nothing — no order, no sample request, no account. What your assistant does with the conversation is between you and whoever makes it. Every answer ends in a link that opens promotionpros.com on exactly the configuration it quoted, and you place the order there; we e-mail a free digital proof afterwards, and production starts once you approve it.

What it can do

Search the whole catalog

By what it is, what it costs, what colour and what size — the same index and the same ranking the site search uses.

Price a real quantity

Per-unit price at your quantity, one-time setup, run charges, rush and tariff, and the subtotal — priced by the same code the buy pane runs.

Explain the decoration

Which imprint methods a product takes, their minimums, what the setup charge covers, and how many ink colours a location allows.

Estimate the delivery date

Standard and rush, in business days from today, for your own state — proof, production and transit, holidays included.

   Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the URL above. Available on Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.

2. 2.Claude Code

   One command, from anywhere:

   Enable Developer mode in Settings → Connectors → Advanced, then add a connector with the URL above and no authentication.

The fine print

• Prices come from a daily catalog snapshot, and the order is placed on the site — which is what the link at the end of every answer is for. The free digital proof follows the order, and production begins after you approve it.
• Delivery dates are business days from today in Central time, estimated by state rather than by street address, and we ship within the US.
• The server is read-only: it searches, prices and explains. It cannot place an order, request a sample or change anything.
