The Trailhead Cap is built on a five-panel, low-profile design with an unstructured crown that naturally conforms to the shape of the head. The 100% polyester fabric is lightweight and resists moisture, so it stays comfortable through long days outdoors. Your artwork is embroidered on the front panel of the cap, stitched in colored thread for a raised, dimensional imprint. Embroidery works best for bold logos and lettering built from solid spot colors; fine lines and very small text may round off due to the scale of the stitch.
