Description
Materials
This duffel bag is made with 1200D REPREVE® polyester and a 150D REPREVE® polyester printed lining; REPREVE® is a brand of polyester fibers made from recycled post-consumer polyethylene (PET) bottles. Recommended weight tolerance is 15 lbs.
Storage
The spacious main compartment has two zippered pockets and a clear ID window. Two self-fabric side bottle pockets and two front zippered pockets add storage, one of which is a shoe pocket with a wipe-down lining that can be rolled up when not in use to serve as a regular pocket. A separate back zippered laptop pocket holds most 15" laptops, and the back luggage pass-through with zipper base can also serve as an open slash pocket.
Carry and Decoration
Two reinforced grab handles and an adjustable, removable padded shoulder strap provide carrying options, and the bag has Swannies-branded rubberized zipper pulls. Embroidery, Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CP and Heat Transfer — Spot Color are available.

Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
