Description
An eco-conscious cooler backpack made from 1200D REPREVE® polyester, 150D REPREVE® polyester printed lining and PEVA. REPREVE® is a brand of polyester fiber made from recycled post-consumer polyethylene (PET) bottles. The main zippered compartment has two open mesh pockets and a clear ID window, the front pocket has two open mesh pockets and a metal keychain clip, and two self-fabric side pockets hold bottles.
The base unzips to reveal an insulated 8-can cooler with a mesh pocket and hook and loop closure, perfect for an ice pack. A padded back, padded adjustable shoulder straps and a reinforced grab handle make the backpack easy to carry, and Swannies-branded rubberized zipper pulls finish the details. Recommended weight tolerance: 15 lbs.

Heat Transfer — Four Color / 4CPone-time setup $35.00 · Full color
Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

Spot-color heat transfer prints each color of your design as its own premixed solid ink onto a film, then bonds it to the fabric under heat and pressure. Because every color goes down as one solid ink rather than a blend, edges stay crisp and fills stay even across the mark. The applied result is a smooth, thin bonded layer that flexes with the garment.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
