Full Color Label — a separately printed label heat-applied to the finished item, using full-spectrum process printing (CMYK) to reproduce detailed logos, gradients, and photographic images. Holds fine detail and small text with sharp clarity. The result reads as a smooth printed film on the surface, with a defined perimeter edge and slight relief where the label meets the product. Color reproduces faithfully across the full image.

Applique (tackle twill) cuts your design into contrasting fabric shapes and stitches them onto the item, each edge secured in thread so the shape sits slightly proud of the base. Large logos stay soft and flexible, fabric fill replacing the dense thread that makes full embroidery feel stiff. The applied result is tactile and layered: you feel distinct cloth panels and a raised stitched border, with each shape's own fabric carrying the color.
