The Port Authority Northwest Slicker is a full-zip rain jacket built from a 100% PU-coated polyester shell with a 1500MM waterproof rating. Critical seams are sealed to keep water out, while grommets under the arms add breathability. The attached hood and open hem both feature adjustable locking drawcords, and the cuffs close with hook and loop tabs.
