Description
Woven from recycled cotton, this oversized blanket brings a relaxed chalet stripe look to outdoor lounging, picnics, and events. The reclaimed fibers give it a soft hand while reducing demand for virgin materials, so it carries a lighter footprint without sacrificing everyday comfort.
Two distinct branding surfaces let you tailor the decoration to your artwork. A 4" x 2" patch panel accepts a full-color heat transfer label that holds fine detail, gradients, and photographic images with a smooth, defined edge. For a raised, dimensional mark, embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric in up to nine thread colors, giving logos and bold lettering a soft sheen and lasting texture.
Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your artwork is applied to the blanket's patch panel as a full-color heat transfer label, or stitched directly into the fabric with embroidery. Heat Transfer — Label reproduces detailed, full-color artwork as a smooth adhesive film with sharp edge definition, making it the best choice for photographic images, gradients, and fine text. Embroidery works best for bold, solid shapes and readable lettering, where the raised thread texture adds a premium, dimensional finish.
PrintedFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $31.25
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $68.75
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
