Protection and Comfort
The OGIO Ace Pack is built with iFOAM integrated foam panels that cushion electronics, while the dual density shoulder strap system absorbs the weight of heavy loads for added comfort and stability. The padded back panel and fully adjustable, ergonomic shoulder straps with an adjustable sternum strap help distribute weight evenly.
Organization and Access
A zippered fleece-lined side entry laptop compartment fits most 17-inch laptops, and a padded tablet/e-reader sleeve sits in the large main compartment. Two fleece-lined pockets, a quick-access neoprene phone pocket on the shoulder strap, and a deluxe organization panel keep essentials sorted. A zippered pocket on the back panel secures travel items.

Your logo can be embroidered on the front panel of the pack, with your design stitched in colored thread for a raised, textured finish. Alternatively, a heat transfer — four color / 4CP imprint applies photographic, multi-color artwork as a smooth, thin bonded film. For bold logos and lettering, embroidery holds shapes cleanly; for gradients and fine detail, heat transfer reproduces them faithfully.

The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Four-color-process heat transfer prints your design in CMYK onto a release film, then bonds it to the garment under heat and pressure. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork with continuous-tone fidelity that solid spot inks cannot match. The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
