Description
A classic bomber jacket finished in top-grain leather, with a heavy-duty brass zipper, an outside storm flap and a pleated bi-swing back. It has an inside breast pocket, two side-entry pockets and two flapped cargo pockets.
The jacket is lined in nylon with polyester fiberfill and includes an access pocket for left chest embroidery. It is available in Black and Brown.

Debossno setup charge
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
