Description
Insulated Main Compartment
The Igloo® Maddox XL Cooler holds 42 cans and uses MaxCold® insulation with 25% more foam to keep drinks and food cooler longer. Dual zippers and a pull handle open a folding lid for access to the large main compartment, and a carabiner bottle opener is attached for on-the-go use.
Carrying and Storage
Dual side grab handles help with carrying when the cooler is fully loaded, and dual carry handles have a padded handle wrap. An adjustable, removable shoulder strap includes a shoulder pad. A front zippered pocket provides additional storage, and the base is a wipeable, coated material.
Materials and Compatibility
The cooler is made with 420D diamond weave polyester, and the lining is EPPE and heat sealed, leak resistant and antimicrobial. It is PVC free and phthalate free and has a patented design. It comfortably fits one Igloo Ice Block X-Large; ice blocks are sold separately.

Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
