Description
The Igloo® Fundamentals Lotus Backpack Cooler carries 24 cans in a 600D REPREVE® polyester shell woven from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles. Inside, a leak-resistant antimicrobial liner wipes clean, and advanced insulation holds food and drinks cold for longer. The zippered main compartment opens wide for packing and unpacking, with a large front zipper pocket for accessories.
Adjustable padded straps and padded back panels carry the load hands-free, and dual grab handles on top let you lift the pack by hand. The body comfortably fits one Igloo Ice Block X-Large (#100954), sold separately.

Screen Print lays down crisp, opaque spot-color artwork on the surface; Embroidery stitches your design into the fabric as a raised, textured mark; Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin applied layer that flexes with the material. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
