Eco-Conscious Comfort
This travel blanket is woven from 100% recycled polyester (rPET) fleece, created by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources into new polyester fiber. The result is a soft, warm 40" x 60" blanket that gives plastic a second life, reducing waste and supporting sustainable practices.
Travel-Ready Design
The blanket folds into its zippered pouch, which features a carabiner attachment and trolley sleeve for easy hooking onto luggage. Use the pouch as a pillow with the blanket folded inside for added comfort on the go. Note: the zipper, carabiner, webbing, and binding are not rPET, and the carabiner is not for climbing.

The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. - Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
