Description
The Deluxe Travel Duffel is a 22-inch gym and travel bag in 600 denier polyester, sized at 22" x 10" x 11" for a full change of clothes, shoes and gear. A large main compartment opens with a U-zip for easy packing and access, and a ventilated zippered end pocket keeps shoes or wet items away from everything else. A second zippered end pocket holds accessories and small essentials.
Carrying details are built for repeated use: a padded handle wrap, an adjustable non-slip shoulder strap and a permanent hard bottom that gives the bag structure when it is set down. The 600 denier polyester body is woven to stand up to regular handling, so the bag stays presentable through gym sessions and business trips alike.
The top flap is the branding surface, decorated with embroidery, screen print, pad print, deboss or heat transfer. That gives your mark a dedicated panel on a bag recipients reach for daily, whether it is handed out at trade shows or packed into employee kits.

Decoration & Imprint
5 methods
Your imprint lands on the top flap of the duffel. Embroidery stitches your design in colored thread for a raised, textured mark; screen print lays crisp, opaque spot-color ink on the surface; pad print applies a thin, conforming ink layer that holds fine lines and small text; deboss presses a recessed, ink-free impression you can feel; and heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color layer that flexes with the fabric. For artwork with fine detail or small type, embroidery, pad print and heat transfer hold definition best, while bold solid shapes and simple lettering suit screen print and deboss.
Debossone-time setup $75.00
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $12.50
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 6 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Pad Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 4 colors
Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What does a debossed logo look like?
- Debossing presses the design into the material with a heated die, leaving a recessed impression below the surrounding surface. There is no ink and no added color: the mark is the material itself, a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker. More about Debossed →
- Can a deboss include color or fine detail?
- No. Because nothing is added, debossing reproduces shape but not color, and the displaced material rounds the edges of fine lines, small text and gradients. Reserve it for bold, simple logos and type where a subtle, tactile impression carries the branding. For a printed ink color choose pad print or screen print; for crisp, permanent fine detail on a hard surface choose laser engraving. More about Debossed →
