The Charter Recycled Packable Womens Full Zip Vest is a women's outerwear layer built from 100% recycled polyester with a DWR water-resistant finish. The shell is made from GRS-certified post-consumer recycled material, giving the vest a balance of wind and water resistance with lightweight warmth for year-round layering.
