Description
This Branded Bills bucket hat is a lightweight, water-resistant performance hat made of 80% acrylic and 20% wool with a 95% polyester and 5% spandex mesh backing. The low-profile crown has a curved brim, and the hat provides UPF 50+ protection.
Laser perforated side panels add breathability, a moisture-wicking sweatband helps manage moisture, and an adjustable buckle closure tailors the fit. It is available in black and white.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
