Description
The AeroLOFT® Business First Backpack is made from 290T performance polyester that is lightweight, water repellent, and durable. A padded interior pocket fits laptops up to 17 inches, while the front safety pocket and easy-access gadget pocket with carabiner and mesh dividers keep essentials organized. Expandable side pockets accommodate water bottles and umbrellas, and the roll-aboard belt lets the pack ride securely on luggage handles.
Padded shoulder straps with a mesh pocket and nylon strap keep sunglasses, pens, and keys within reach. The front lower panel offers a clean surface for your logo, applied by embroidery, heat transfer, or screen print.

Your logo is placed on the front lower panel of the backpack. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish. Heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin layer of spot-color ink to the surface. Screen print applies crisp, opaque ink on top of the material. Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
