Description
Recycled Construction
This XL box cooler is made with 600D rPET fabric, recycled foam, and a PEVA lining, with recycled materials used in both the main body fabric and the foam insulation. It holds up to 56 cans and is a PVC-free product.
Storage and Carry
A Delrin® zipper opens the large, insulated main compartment. A front Delrin® zippered pocket stores valuables or snacks and has an additional small zippered pocket on the outside. Side stretch-mesh pockets hold water bottles upright, and an elastic cord top offers storage for a picnic blanket or a sweater. Carry options include a top padded grab handle and an adjustable, removable shoulder strap measuring 35 in to 64 in.
Care
Empty the cooler of contents after use to prevent stains and odors. Wipe interior and exterior surfaces clean before storing and between uses; light dirt or stains can be cleaned with water or mild detergent.

Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
