The Acadia XL Box Cooler is a roomy, functional cooler designed for large outings. Its 600D rPET fabric and recycled foam insulation are both made from recycled materials, and the PVC-free construction supports a more sustainable choice. The sturdy Delrin® zipper opens to a large insulated main compartment that holds up to 56 cans.
Smart Storage and Carry
Beyond the main compartment, this cooler offers a front Delrin® zippered pocket for valuables or snacks, an additional small zippered pocket on the outside front, and side stretch-mesh pockets for upright water bottles. An elastic cord top provides creative storage for a picnic blanket or sweater. Carry it with the top padded grab handle or the adjustable, removable shoulder strap.
Easy Care
To keep the cooler fresh, wipe interior and exterior surfaces clean before storing and between uses. Empty the cooler after use to prevent stains and odors. Light dirt or stains can be cleaned with water or mild detergent.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
