Description

This duffel-style cooler is built around a fully insulated, waterproof main compartment sized for 24 cans, with a removable liner that lets you clean it out or use the space for other gear. Two front zippered pockets and two large end compartments keep smaller items separated from the main load.

A permanent hard bottom with riveted feet holds the bag steady when you set it down, and the padded handle and adjustable shoulder strap give you two ways to carry it. The polyester shell is made to stand up to repeated trips.

Decoration & Imprint

5 methods

Your imprint can be placed on the front panel of the cooler bag. Deboss presses a recessed, ink-free impression into the surface; Embroidery stitches colored thread directly into the fabric; Screen Print lays crisp, opaque spot-color ink on top of the material; Pad Print applies a thin, conforming layer of opaque ink that holds fine lines on curved or recessed surfaces; and Heat Transfer bonds a smooth, thin spot-color film that flexes with the material. For bold, simple logos, Deboss or Embroidery suit the front panel; for fine detail and small text, Pad Print keeps edges sharp; for solid spot-color coverage, Screen Print or Heat Transfer are the fit.

Debossone-time setup $75.00

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $12.50

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 6 colors

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Pad Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 4 colors

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

What does a debossed logo look like?

Can a deboss include color or fine detail?
No. Because nothing is added, debossing reproduces shape but not color, and the displaced material rounds the edges of fine lines, small text and gradients. Reserve it for bold, simple logos and type where a subtle, tactile impression carries the branding. For a printed ink color choose pad print or screen print; for crisp, permanent fine detail on a hard surface choose laser engraving. More about Debossed →
