The Xtreme-Flex™ Class 3 Long Sleeve T-Shirt is built for safety and all-day comfort. Its moisture-wicking Birdseye knit polyester fabric keeps the wearer dry, while the stretch reflective material moves with the body instead of fighting it. The result is a high-visibility shirt that stays comfortable through long shifts.
Because it meets ANSI 107-2015 Type R Class 3 standards, this shirt is appropriate for roadway crews, traffic control, and other high-risk environments where visibility is critical. The long sleeves add coverage, and the reflective elements remain flexible so they don't crack or restrict movement.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
