Eco-Conscious Construction
The WORK® Birmingham Backpack is built from 840 denier recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET), sourced from previously used plastic bottles. This eco-lifestyle design reduces waste while delivering a durable, everyday carry solution. The fully padded interior is lined with 210D polyester, and the main compartment includes a padded laptop pocket with safety strap, a zippered pocket, and two mesh pockets.
Travel-Ready Features
A top-load zippered accessory pocket and front zippered pocket keep essentials organized, while the daisy chain and two D-rings offer attachment points for gear. Carry it with fully padded adjustable backpack straps, or use the backside trolley strap to slide it over luggage handles. A portion of proceeds supports Shelter to Soldier™, a nonprofit that trains rescued dogs as service animals for veterans.

Your logo is placed on the front panel of the backpack. Screen printing applies bold, opaque colors directly onto the fabric, while heat transfer delivers full-color, photographic detail. Choose screen printing for simple, solid artwork or heat transfer for complex, multi-color designs.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
