Description
The Wool & Leather Varsity Jacket has an oversized wool body with leather sleeves and two double-welt leather slash pockets. The 21-oz. melton wool body has a 100% quilted polyester lining with polyester fiberfill, plus knit cuffs, waistband and collar. The jacket is black.
It includes an access pocket for left chest embroidery and a back and neck label. Embroidery and Deboss decoration are available.

The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Debossno setup charge
Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
