This Wink consultation lab coat is cut from a 65/35 poly/cotton poplin that resists wrinkles and holds its shape through long shifts. The back yoke and center back vent allow natural movement, while the 3-button placket opening makes it easy to put on and take off.

The finished mark reads as a smooth, low-profile layer at the surface; color is built from blended process inks, landing close to brand references rather than as exact spot solids.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
