Materials and construction
The Winona™ Tote pairs cotton front and back panels with natural-colored jute gussets and bottom, creating a textured, eco-friendly look. Flat cotton twill handles measure 7/8" wide by 8 1/2" long for a comfortable carry. The interior gussets are laminated for added durability, helping the bag hold its shape when toting wine bottles, champagne bottles, or growlers.

Your logo is screen printed onto the front panel, producing crisp, opaque artwork that stands out against the natural fabric. The tote is certified to CPSIA, C-TPAT, and FDA standards, supporting safe and compliant use. Due to the natural character of cotton fabric, slight color variances occur between bags.

Your logo is screen printed onto the front panel of the tote. Screen Print uses ink pushed through a mesh stencil, leaving crisp, opaque color artwork that sits right on top of the material. For best results, use bold spot-color artwork, solid shapes, or simple lettering.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
