Description
The Victorville backpack cooler is a 30-can insulated bag made from 600D and 420D polyester with a PEVA-lined main compartment. An elastic tie-down cord secures the zippered top closure, and two mesh side pockets flank the outside for bottles or small gear.
A front zipper compartment keeps items you don't need cold separate from the insulated interior. Padded adjustable backpack straps and a carry handle let you move it between the car, the trail, and the picnic table without repacking.

Decoration & Imprint
4 methods
Your artwork is applied to the front panel of the backpack cooler. Screen printing lays down crisp, opaque spot-color shapes and lettering; heat transfer in full color reproduces photographic or gradient-rich artwork as a smooth bonded layer; embroidery stitches bold logos and lettering into the fabric with a raised, textured finish; and the Badgeworx laser-etched patch applies a dimensional leather or foil mark with no selectable ink color. Choose screen print or embroidery for solid spot-color logos, heat transfer when the design needs continuous tone, and the Badgeworx patch when an etched, dimensional look suits the mark.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 2 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full Colorone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Embroideryone-time setup $100.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Badgeworx — Laser-Etched Patchone-time setup $100.00
Artwork is laser-etched into a leather or metallic-foil patch, which is then attached to the product with heat and pressure. The decoration reads as a dimensional branded patch — the etched mark is the natural tone of the patch material rather than printed ink, so the look comes from the patch color and texture, not from customer-selected imprint colors.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
