Performance Fabric
The Vansport Pro Eagle Polo is built for active wear, with moisture-wicking fabric that draws sweat away from the skin and an anti-microbial finish that keeps odor in check. Whether you're on the course or in the office, this polo keeps you comfortable and presentable.
Classic Styling
A three-button placket and a classic golf-shirt silhouette give this polo a timeless look that works for teams, staff, and company events. The fabric's performance properties mean it holds up through repeated wear and washing, so your brand stays sharp.
Customization Options
Your logo can be embroidered directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish, or heat transferred as a smooth, low-profile layer. Both methods deliver crisp, durable branding that stands up to regular use.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your logo is placed on the left chest, with embroidery stitched directly into the fabric for a raised, textured mark, or heat transfer applied as a smooth, low-profile layer. For bold logos and lettering, embroidery provides a dimensional finish; for flat, solid-color artwork, heat transfer offers even coverage that flexes with the material.
Embroideryone-time setup $62.50 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Heat TransferFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $187.50
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
