Description
This duo kit bundles the 20 oz and 30 oz Urban Peak® Harbor Trail Vacuum Camp Mugs with the Urban Peak® Waterproof Ridgetop 12 Can Cooler. The mugs feature copper-lined vacuum insulation that maintains optimal drinking temperatures up to 10 times longer than uninsulated drinkware, while the cooler is built from layered Tarpaulin PVC and PE foam to keep contents cold and dry.
The cooler's front pocket, made of 840D polyester with a PVC backing, provides a durable branding panel. Four decoration methods are available on this surface: laser etching for a permanent recessed mark, screen printing for bold opaque colors, full-color heat transfer for photographic detail, and pad printing for fine lines on curved areas.

4 methods
Your mark is applied to the front pocket panel of the cooler. Choose from laser etching for a permanent recessed mark, screen printing for bold opaque colors, full-color heat transfer for photographic detail, or pad printing for fine lines on curved surfaces. Laser works best for single-tone logos and fine text; screen print suits solid shapes and lettering; heat transfer handles gradients and photographic imagery; pad print excels on fine detail and curved areas.
Laserone-time setup $60.00
Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch your design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges that hold fine lines and small text. The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $60.00 · Up to 4 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transfer — Full ColorFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $60.00
Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
Pad Print1 color/location included · no setup charge · Up to 4 colors
Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does laser engraving look like on a promotional product?
- Laser engraving uses a focused beam to etch the design directly into the surface, leaving a permanent, recessed mark with clean, sharp edges. There is no ink: the mark reads in the material's own tone, a lighter shade on metal and a darker burn on wood, with a depth you can feel. It resists fading, wear and scratching because nothing sits on top of the surface. More about Laser →
- Can laser engraving be done in my brand color?
- No. Engraving carries no added color and shows only the substrate's own tone, so a design that depends on brand colors, color contrast, gradients or photographic detail is a poor fit. It is the right choice for single-tone logos, fine line work and small text where a permanent, dimensional mark matters more than color. For printed spot color choose pad print or screen print. - What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material.
