Your artwork is pad printed onto the barrel in up to four opaque spot colors, with the flexible pad conforming to the curved surface for crisp fine lines and small text. Alternatively, a full-color heat transfer lays down photographic artwork with smooth gradients and sharp detail as a thin bonded layer. For the sharpest fine-line detail, pad print is the better route; when artwork includes photographic blends or many colors, heat transfer reproduces them faithfully.

Full-color transfer heat-applies a printed film directly onto the item, bonding it as a thin, smooth surface layer. It reproduces photographic imagery, multi-color artwork, and continuous gradients — capabilities solid spot-color methods cannot match. The finished mark reads as a flat, slightly filmic layer with a subtle sheen at the surface boundary; its strength is color complexity, tonal shading, and fine detail.
