Screen printing applies ink directly onto the fabric for bold, opaque artwork; embroidery stitches your design in thread for a raised, textured finish; heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin film to the surface. Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
