Description
The Thesis Hardcover Journal has a soft-touch, textured thermo PU cover over a padded paper board binding. It opens to a 180 degree flat writing surface and closes with a magnetic closure. Inside are 96 sheets (192 pages) of 80GSM ivory ruled paper with a date field and a color-matched ribbon bookmark, and an elastic pen loop holds the included color-matched gel pen with black ink.
Colors available include Blue, Green, Gray, Orange and Sky Blue.

The result carries no separate ink: it reads in the substrate's own tone — a lighter shade on metal, a darker burn on wood — with a depth you can feel and a mark that resists fading, wear, and scratching.

Debossing presses your design into the material with a heated die, displacing the surface to leave a recessed impression below the surrounding plane. No ink, no added color. The mark is the substrate itself — a tonal, shadowed shape that catches light along its pressed edges and gives tactile depth under a fingertip. On grained leatherette the recess burnishes slightly darker; bold logos and simple type carry well, while intricate detail rounds and loses definition.

Pad printing (tampography) transfers ink from a silicone pad onto the item, flexing into curves, angles, and recessed areas flat application can't follow. The result is a thin, nearly flush ink layer with well-defined edges — each color prints as an opaque spot-ink solid, holding evenly on contoured or darker surfaces; cured ink resists everyday wear.
