The Therm-O Cooler Tote™ is built for everyday utility. Its thermal foil interior actively maintains temperature, making it a reliable choice for lunches, snacks, or small grocery runs. The exterior is a 238 GSM non-woven polypropylene—a combined premium material that balances light weight with the toughness needed for repeated use.

Thoughtful construction details extend the tote’s service life. The 20-inch handles are reinforced to resist tearing under load, and a zippered closure keeps contents secure. A plastic bottom insert helps the tote hold its shape, even when empty, so it stays presentable trip after trip.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
