Description
This Tervis® tumbler is built from impact-resistant Tritan®, a BPA-free polymer that stays clear through repeated use. The dual-wall construction provides insulation that keeps beverages at temperature while preventing exterior condensation, so the tumbler is comfortable to hold and won’t leave rings on surfaces.
An embroidered emblem is permanently sealed between the inner and outer walls, protecting the stitching from wear and washing. The embroidery uses up to nine Pantone-matched thread colors, giving logos and lettering a raised, dimensional look with the soft sheen of real stitching.
The tumbler includes a snap-on travel lid with a sliding closure for spill control. It is safe for the microwave, dishwasher, and freezer, making it a practical choice for daily commutes, outdoor activities, and office use.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your embroidered emblem is sealed between the inner and outer walls of the tumbler, protecting the stitching from wear and washing. Embroidery uses up to nine Pantone-matched thread colors, best for bold logos and lettering where a raised, textured finish adds value; it is not suited to hairline lines, very small type, or continuous-tone gradients.
EmbroideryPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $55.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
