Your artwork is printed with flexo ink on the front of the tote, within a 9" W x 7" H area. Flexo printing uses raised relief plates to transfer ink, producing smooth, flat, opaque spot-color shapes with sharp, consistent edges that hold their color through handling and use.

Flexo printing presses ink from soft relief plates onto the surface — one plate per spot color, so artwork built from distinct color areas stays clean and in register. The applied mark reads as flat, opaque spot-color solids, with bold logos and lettering holding sharp, consistent edges. Solid fills and confident line work reproduce best; hairline detail and smooth gradients do not. The cured ink stays color-stable through repeated handling.
