Both heat transfer and embroidery are available: heat transfer applies a smooth, thin film that flexes with the material, while embroidery creates a raised, textured stitch. Choose heat transfer for flat, even spot-color coverage, or embroidery for a dimensional, stitched look.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark.
