Description
Fabric and Fit
This long sleeve shirt is cut from a stretch broadcloth that blends 68% cotton, 28% polyester, and 4% spandex. The added stretch supports movement while the contoured side seams and front/back darts create a tailored silhouette. A V-neck with French placket and soft collar with permanent stays round out the design.
Care and Customization
The wrinkle-resistant finish keeps the shirt presentable through the day, and it is machine washable for simple upkeep. The broadcloth surface accepts both embroidery and direct-to-film printing, so your logo can be stitched in thread or applied as a full-color print.
Sizing
Available in ladies' sizes XXS through 3XL, this shirt fits a wide range of body types, making it a practical choice for teams and staff.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your logo is placed on the left chest or upper back of the shirt. Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric for a raised, textured finish, while Direct to Film heat-presses a full-color printed layer onto the fabric. For bold, solid logos, embroidery is the best choice; for photographic or multi-color artwork, direct-to-film delivers fine detail.
Embroideryone-time setup $35.00 · Full color
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Direct to FilmFull-color imprint · 1 location included · no setup charge
Direct-to-film printing lays CMYK ink and a white underbase onto a PET film, then heat-presses the image onto the garment as a flexible bonded layer, with no fabric pre-treatment. It reproduces photographs, gradients, and many-color artwork; the white base carries color on dark cloth. Color lands close to brand references as a process blend, with a smooth, slightly filmic hand.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
