Description
The Stealth Cooler Bag is a compact cooler made from 600 denier polyester, with a fully insulated main compartment and a heat-sealed liner. It holds up to 9 cans plus ice or 2 wine bottles, and its 14" x 4" x 8" footprint fits in most golf bags or picnic baskets.

Embroidery is best for bold logos and lettering with a raised, textured finish; screen printing suits solid spot-color artwork needing opaque coverage; heat transfer works well for solid spot-color designs that flex with the material.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
