Performance Fabric
Sport-Tek Youth Sport-Wick Fleece Pant is made from 5.5-ounce, 100% polyester fleece. The Sport-Wick technology wicks moisture away from the body, while the anti-static finish helps prevent static cling. This combination makes the pant suitable for athletic activities and everyday wear.
Design and Comfort
The pant features an elastic waistband without a drawcord for a secure yet comfortable fit. Front slash pockets provide convenient storage, and open hem cuffs allow easy movement. It coordinates with Sport-Wick Fleece pullovers and jackets for a complete look.
Care and Transition
Due to the nature of 100% polyester performance fabrics, special care must be taken during printing. Please note that this product is transitioning from woven labels to tag-free labels; your order may contain a combination of both.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
