Description
The Souvenir® Armor Gold rALU Pen is a retractable souvenir pen with a matte metallic finish, gold trim, and a die-cut grip. Its body combines recycled aluminum, ABS plastic, and iron, and the ABS component contains 36% post-consumer recycled content.
InstaGlide® hybrid ink blends ballpoint and gel ink, delivered through a 1mm medium black refill with a tungsten carbide ball. A plunger-action mechanism extends and retracts the tip, so the pen carries without a separate cap.
Screen printing lays crisp, opaque color artwork directly on the barrel surface, which suits solid shapes and simple lettering. The pen is made in China.

Your artwork is screen printed onto the barrel of the pen, where ink is pushed through a mesh stencil to leave crisp, opaque color sitting on the surface.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
