Description
The Slowtide® Pocket Beach Towel is made from 100% sustainably sourced cotton with a reactive dye that helps prevent fading. A nylon corner pocket with zipper keeps keys, a phone or other small items close at hand, and a hanging loop makes the towel easy to dry. It is available in Porto Black and Porto Grey.
Rolled dimensions are 15 in L x 4.5 in W. Slowtide products meet OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100; items bearing the STANDARD 100 label are certified as having passed safety tests for the presence of harmful substances.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
