Description
The Slim Line Computer Briefcase is a 600D polyester laptop bag built around a padded computer compartment and a zippered main section that opens flat. An interior organizer holds files and business essentials, while two exterior zippered pockets keep frequently reached items within easy reach.
An adjustable padded shoulder strap carries the bag across the body, and the 600D polyester shell resists the abrasion of daily commutes and repeated handling. At 1.1 lbs, the briefcase stays light enough to carry through a full workday.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your mark is placed on the front of the briefcase. Embroidery stitches your design in colored thread for a raised, textured finish; screen print lays crisp, opaque ink on the surface; heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin applied layer that flexes with the material. Choose embroidery for bold solid shapes and lettering, screen print for solid spot-color artwork needing opaque coverage, or heat transfer for flat, even color with a low-profile feel.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $12.50
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $62.50 · Up to 6 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
