The Skyward Crystal Award is built from Starphire and optic crystal, a combination chosen for the clarity and heft that make a recognition piece feel worth keeping. Its triangular base anchors the form and comes in clear, blue, black, or red, so the award can echo a company palette or a program's own color.
Three sizes are available, giving you room to match the award to the moment — a smaller piece for a team-level callout, a larger one for a milestone. The crystal surface takes a deep-etched mark or a full-color digital print, so artwork can be as restrained or as detailed as the occasion calls for.

Laser — Deep Etch carves a recessed, pigment-free mark into the crystal for bold logos and lettering, while Digital Print lays down full-color CMYK ink in a single pass for photographic or gradient artwork. Choose deep etch when a tactile, lasting mark matters most; choose digital print when color and fine detail carry the design.

Deep etching carves your design well into the surface, removing material to leave a recessed, permanent mark. Running deeper than a standard laser pass, the result is strongly dimensional and contoured. The finished mark is the material itself — bare carved tone with crisp shadowed contrast where the cut catches light against the untouched surface. You get a mark you can both see and feel, reading as permanent and material rather than printed on.

Digital printing sends artwork straight from file to the item — no plates or per-color screens — laying all colors down in a single pass. It carries photographs, gradients, drop shadows, and dense multi-color artwork at high resolution, reading as a flat image on the surface. A specific brand color is rendered as a close full-color process simulation rather than an exact spot ink, and on colored items the substrate shifts the appearance.
