Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Production: approximately 5 business days after proof approval. Production time is for the default single-location, one-color imprint. It may increase for multiple imprint locations, additional colors, and large product quantities. Add 24 hours for your free digital proof.
