This cap is knit from 87% recycled polyester (rPET) and 13% spandex. rPET is made by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources to create new polyester fiber. The spandex adds stretch for a comfortable fit that moves with you.
Comfort and Fit
A moisture-wicking sweatband (92% polyester, 8% spandex) helps keep you dry, while 100% cotton seam tape adds comfort against the skin. The structured crown and pre-curved visor hold their shape, and the adjustable self-material strap with hook-and-loop closure lets each wearer dial in the fit.

Your logo can be embroidered directly into the front panels. Embroidery uses colored thread stitched into the fabric, leaving a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly.
