Description
The rPET Heather Cooler Tote is built from recycled heather polyester, a durable fabric that gives the bag its heathered surface. The zippered main compartment holds up to 20 cans plus ice, so it works as a lunch carrier, a shopping bag, or a day-trip cooler.
Storage is layered: a large zippered front pocket with an interior slip pocket keeps smaller items separated, and two exterior heavy-duty mesh side pockets hold bottles or accessories. The tote comes in Gray Heather or Navy Heather.
Your artwork is applied through Embroidery, Screen Print, or Heat Transfer, giving you a choice of stitched or printed marks on the front of the bag.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
Heat Transferone-time setup $85.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade.
