Description
Eco-Conscious Comfort
This sherpa blanket is woven from recycled polyester (rPET), a fiber obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources. The result is a super soft, 280 GSM Taff Velvet fabric that offers warmth and comfort while reducing waste. The tone-on-tone checkered pattern adds a subtle, refined texture.
Durable and Easy to Maintain
Designed for regular use, this blanket is surface washable, making it simple to keep clean and presentable. Its large 50" x 60" size provides ample coverage for outdoor events or cozy evenings. The recycled polyester construction offers durability that holds up to repeated use and washing.
Branding That Stands Out
Your logo can be embroidered directly into the fabric, creating a raised, textured mark that adds a premium feel. The checkered pattern provides a subtle backdrop that makes your branding stand out without competing for attention.

Decoration & Imprint
1 method
Your logo is embroidered directly into the front face of the blanket, with the design stitched in colored thread for a raised, textured finish. Embroidery holds bold shapes and readable lettering cleanly, making it ideal for logos and text.
EmbroideryPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $100.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
