Cutting Surface
This acacia wood cutting board measures 30" x 20" and offers about 600 square inches of cutting surface, enough to use as a carving board, pastry or noodle board, or stove cover. A juice groove runs around the exterior to trap and hold juices that run off roasts, meat and juicy fruits.
Two Working Sides
The board is reversible. One side carries the juice groove; the back side is completely flat and is suitable for pastry and dough work, as well as slicing, dicing and chopping. Made of natural acacia wood, it can also be used for serving.
Care
Hand wash only. Do not soak the board or wash it in a dishwasher.
