Description
The Replay rPET Cap is built with a crown, visor, and back panels made from recycled polyester (rPET), a fiber obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and other material sources. This post-consumer recycled content supports sustainable sourcing without compromising the cap's structured silhouette.
A 6-panel, mid-profile design with a structured crown and pre-curved visor gives the cap a classic shape. Perforated back panels add breathability, while a plastic snap tab closure lets wearers adjust the fit. The sweatband and seam tape are not made from rPET.

Decoration & Imprint

Your logo is embroidered on the front panels of the cap, with the design stitched in colored thread directly into the fabric. Embroidery creates a raised, textured mark that holds bold shapes and lettering cleanly. For a more dimensional look, 3D Puff embroidery adds a foam underlay that lifts the design off the surface.
EmbroideryPMSFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $35.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Embroidery — 3D PuffPMSno setup charge · Full color
3D embroidery (puff embroidery) places foam beneath the thread, then wraps stitching over it so the design lifts off the surface as dimensional, sculpted relief. The mark reads as rounded, shadowed contours with real height and a soft tactile edge. Thread colors are saturated and wash-durable; bold shapes hold cleanly while fine lines soften under the foam.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does an embroidered logo look like?
- Embroidery stitches the design directly into the fabric, building the artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling and wear through repeated washing. - What artwork is a poor fit for embroidery?
- Hairline strokes, very small type and continuous-tone gradients. Each stitch occupies real space in the fabric, so fine lines and small text round off and shading cannot be reproduced. Embroidery is at its best with logos and lettering built from bold, solid shapes, where each color stitches as its own thread shade. For photographic or gradient artwork choose a full-color method; for crisp hairline detail choose screen print. More about Embroidery →
- How are embroidery thread colors matched to my brand colors?
- Each color in the design is stitched in a solid thread shade chosen to match your artwork. Where a product offers it, Pantone (PMS) color matching is an option for an additional charge per color, selecting the thread closest to your Pantone reference; otherwise the embroiderer picks the nearest standard thread color.
