Materials & Construction
The Repeat Recycled rPET Backpack is built from 600D and 210D RPET fabrics, with webbing also made from recycled plastic bottles. This construction gives the bag a durable, everyday feel while reducing reliance on virgin materials. The backpack is PVC-free, so it avoids the environmental and health concerns associated with PVC.
Organization & Convenience
A roomy zippered main compartment keeps your gear secure, while a front zippered pocket with a slash pocket organizes smaller items. A side mesh bottle pocket holds a water bottle within easy reach, and a top grab handle with a back panel trolley strap lets you slide the pack over luggage handles for smoother travel.
Customization Options
Your logo can be applied using screen printing, embroidery, or heat transfer. Screen printing offers crisp, opaque color for bold artwork, embroidery adds a raised, textured finish, and heat transfer provides a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric.

Decoration & Imprint
3 methods
Your logo is placed on the front panel of the backpack. Screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the fabric, embroidery stitches your design in raised thread, and heat transfer bonds a smooth, flexible film to the surface. For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing or embroidery delivers strong coverage; for a low-profile mark that flexes with the material, heat transfer is a solid choice.
Screen Print1 color/location included · one-time setup $110.00 · Up to 4 colors
Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.
EmbroideryFull-color imprint · 1 location included · one-time setup $110.00
Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.
Heat Transfer1 color/location included · one-time setup $110.00 · Up to 4 colors
Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

From our decoration and product guides
- What does a screen-printed logo look like on a promotional product?
- Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, one pass per color. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, so the mark is flat, opaque and consistent across the run, with crisp edges that sit on top of the material. On heavy coverage you can feel a slight raised texture where the ink builds up, and the cured ink holds up to repeated handling and washing. More about Screen Print →
- Which artwork works best for screen printing?
- Bold spot-color shapes, blocks of solid color and simple lettering, where you want strong, opaque coverage that reads clearly. Screen printing holds clean edges on solid shapes and standard lettering, but very fine hairlines, smooth gradients and photographic blends lose definition because each color prints as a flat solid layer. For gradient or photographic artwork choose a full-color process method instead. More about Screen Print →
- Can a screen print match my exact Pantone color?
- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number. Where a product offers it, Pantone matching is an option for an additional charge per color; without it the printer uses the closest standard stock ink color. More about Screen Print →
