The Renew lunch cooler is crafted from 600D and 210D rPET fabric, recycled from plastic bottles, with a PEVA lining and recycled foam insulation. It is PVC-free, and the Black and Navy colorways include an AWARE™ digital product passport—a scannable QR code that validates the textile's composition and impact from origin to consumer.

Your logo is applied to the front panel of the lunch cooler. Screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer are all available: screen printing suits bold spot-color artwork, embroidery adds a raised, textured finish, and heat transfer provides a smooth, low-profile mark that flexes with the fabric.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Embroidery stitches your design directly into the fabric, building artwork from dense, interlocking threads rather than laying ink on the surface. Each color is its own thread in a solid shade. The result is a raised, tactile mark with the soft sheen of thread and a slightly dimensional edge. Each shape reads as a clean, saturated block, and the sewn-in design resists fading, peeling, and wear through repeated washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
