Materials & Construction
The Anywhere rPET Card Pouch is built from a combination of 230D rPET, twill, and polyester webbing, lined with polyester. The rPET material is made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles, melted down and spun into new polyester fiber. Note that the inside lining, zipper, and split ring attachment are not rPET.
Organization & Carry
A top zippered closure keeps contents secure, while a front slip pocket and interior card pockets provide organized storage for cards and small items. A split ring attachment lets you clip the pouch to a bag or keyring for easy access.
Care & Maintenance
To keep the pouch looking its best, spot clean and air dry. This simple care routine helps maintain the appearance of the recycled polyester material over time.

Decoration & Imprint
2 methods
Your logo is imprinted on the front face of the pouch. Both screen printing and heat transfer are available: screen printing applies crisp, opaque ink directly onto the material, while heat transfer bonds a smooth, thin film that flexes with the fabric. For bold spot-color artwork, screen printing is the best choice; for a low-profile mark that moves with the material, heat transfer is ideal.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.
