Description
The pouch is made from a combination of 230D rPET, twill and polyester webbing with a polyester liner, and is made from post-consumer recycled materials. Recycled polyester (rPET) is obtained by melting down existing plastic bottles and creating new polyester fiber. The inside lining, zipper and split ring attachment are not rPET.
The pouch has a top zippered closure, a front slip pocket, interior card pockets and a split ring attachment. It is available in black, gray and navy blue. Spot clean and air dry.

Screen printing presses ink through a fine mesh stencil, laying down each color as a separate pass. Each color lays down as its own premixed spot ink, printing solid and consistent across the run. The applied mark is flat and opaque, sitting on top of the material with crisp edges; on heavy coverage, you can feel a slight raised texture where ink builds up. The cured ink is durable and holds up to repeated handling and washing.

Heat transfer prints your design in premixed spot inks onto a film, then bonds that film to the surface under heat and pressure. Each color goes down as its own solid ink, so edges stay crisp and color stays even across the mark. The result reads as a smooth, thin bonded layer — low-profile and flexible enough to move with the fabric, not ink soaked into the cloth.

- Yes. Because every color is a separate, premixed spot ink, screen printing can be mixed to a specific Pantone (PMS) number.
